Use of environmentally friendly materials
Lead-free solder: The use of lead-free solder can reduce the harm of heavy metals to the environment and human health. This solder has become a standard choice for PCB assembly and meets the requirements of environmental regulations such as RoHS.
Halogen-free substrates: Halogens may release toxic gases when burned. The use of halogen-free substrates can reduce the emission of these harmful substances, thereby reducing environmental pollution.
Water-based coating materials: Water-based coatings replace organic solvent-based coatings, which can reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), improve the working environment, and reduce air pollution.
Biodegradable materials: Use biodegradable PCB substrates, which can decompose naturally at the end of their life cycle, reducing the impact of electronic waste on the environment.
Wastewater treatment
Tin stripping waste liquid treatment: The tin stripping waste liquid generated during PCB manufacturing usually contains high concentrations of heavy metals. By recycling tin and regenerating tin, not only can the environment be protected from pollution, but also the secondary utilization of resources can be achieved. LHD uses this technology to achieve almost zero discharge of tin stripping water, thereby greatly reducing environmental pollution.
Chemical nickel waste liquid treatment: Chemical nickel waste liquid can also cause serious environmental pollution. Through new technologies (such as ECRM & concentration & separation and dehydration), nickel resources can be efficiently recovered, and the treated water can be reused in the production line to achieve the integration of environmental protection and resource utilization.
Improvement of production process
Optimize production process: Improve the efficiency of using environmentally friendly materials by improving production process, while maintaining or improving product performance. This includes using advanced equipment to reduce material waste and energy consumption.
Recycling: Implement waste recycling program in the production process to recycle reusable materials to reduce waste generation in the production process.
Comply with environmental regulations
Follow international standards: LHDPCB Technology follows international environmental standards such as RoHS (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances Directive) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive) to ensure that its products do not contain harmful substances and promote sustainable development.
Employee training and awareness raising
Environmental protection training: Regularly conduct environmental awareness training for employees to make them understand the importance of using environmentally friendly materials and processes, and how to implement environmental protection measures in daily work.
